    I bought the trenches and barbed wire on ebay - they really add a 'period' feel to the background print.

    They certainly do Tim.
    It helps to give that three dimensional feel by having those in the middle distance of you picture.

    For those who has not been in Doncaster 2017 - here is my Kiel mission D.H.4.
    It is the repaint of AEF version of Nexus miniature.
    It was my contribution to the first Doncaster repaint contest. To my great surprise it won.
