Airshow on the door step

Well not quite but already been buzzed by the BoB memorial flight today !
The free annual air show at Eastbourne - Airbourne celebrates its twentieth anniversary this year.
I have been a few times but usually happen to be away when it's on, however, this year I'm around so will try to get down to the beach to have a look see. Hope to catch the Vulcan this year that's slated for Saturday. If I can get to Beachy Head area I could be looking down on it as it passes !
The link shows some glimpses from previous shows - Spit, Huri, Lanc, Mustang, PBY, TyphoonII, F16, Red Arrows (not there this year) etc but alas no helicopters - now that is a good display !

Mission scrubbed Bob as snr management wasn't feeling well over the weekend - still saw a Me109 & Spitfire fly over the house & although I didn't see the Vulcan I did hear it from nine miles away ! Nevermind - it's going to be at Shoreham airshow in September ! http://www.shorehamairshow.co.uk/whatson/
