It´s a Blohm und Voss BV 141 - short range reconnaissance aircraft.
Build only in two short pre-series the projeckt was canceled in 1943.
Powered by a BMW 801 engine with 1560 hp it reacht only 370 km/h on sealevel.

The real question is where the hell did the rest of it go?
Yes it is a BV141. They were used on the Eastern front and from what I read BV had some strange designs.
Obviously a Bv 141.
About 20 built, and in operational service. The main problem was that the Fw189 was nearly as good, and the 141's engine was the same as the Fw190, and was in short supply.
Blohm und Voss had a number of similar configuration designs, but the 141 was the only one that saw service.

Blimey, I can remember knocking one of those up as a kid - box has changed, so has the price!
