    hmmm with the way Clipper's models are increasing in size with latest tripe I say he is about a year and a half away from going to 1:1 scale

    Been there, done that! Lived at an airfield every weekend, my dad converted WWII bombers into fire bombers, taught aviation school, and built a dozen homebuilts and even inspected WWI birds at an aerodrome in Athol Idaho in the 60's and 70's. Nothing like having a Tigermoth to ride on Sunday afternoons! Ah, those were the days!

    Yep, both beat me to it: perhaps a 'Lager scale model' means you need beer goggles on when building it?

    Now that is one fine collection of minis!!!!! I had one similar to it but it lost it's value. Somehow the liquid inside dissapeared.......
