07:19 pm Radek prepares the WWII BoB battlefield on my gaming mat with the wonderful "Cliffs of Dover" picture used by the Ohio boys. Do you see the German U-Boot in the Channel?
08:20 pm A nice dogfight! Three Messerschmitts BF-109 versus two Spitfires & a Hurricane. Cool fight with altitude rules. Staffelführer Radek collects many hits before he kills the Hurricane and a Spitfire. At least Slavek kicked him in the Channel before going down. After a strange formation flight with Watchdog, I scored my second and final aerial victory with Galic's Bf-109.
09:09 pm The last mission of the Con. A Stuka bombing raid against an English radar installation. Unfortunately brave Hauptmann Schneider, Stukapilot und Ritterkreuzträger was shot down before reaching the target. ...but the brave Czech escort of two BF-109 defeated the defenders.
09:32 pm We grab our stuff together - many nice planes that didn't saw action today. Andrzej's famous Fokker Dr. I in the box.
09:39 pm Nightbomber writes the participation diploma for all players. Cool idea! Watchdog was the matchwinner and took the cup. Radek won the mini and Philp get the Promo Ace Cards. Perfect time to present Nightbomber his well earned bottle of Franconian wine.
10:05 pm - 00:30 am We leave the Club and my Polish friends drive Watchdog & me back in the old town eastwards the river. I do my check in at Hotel Bologna (Konviktska 5) and we meet with the ladies in a nice outside pup near the hotel. Sorry - no photos - but I decided to leave the camera in the hotelroom to simply enjoy the atmosphere and the rest of the evening. Four cold, half-liter Budweisers for each of us & many talks later, we decided to return to our airfileds.
00:45 am Back in the hotel room I located my camera and took a picture. Don't worry - that wasn't a beginning of a sideslip maneuver, but I wasn't down-to-earth at this moment...
